What is Soft Washing?
Almost everyone knows what pressure & power washing is, but have you heard about the newer version referred to usually as soft washing? Instead of firing away at walls, houses, roofs and masonry with 3,500 PSI or more, which would be typical of pressure washing, soft washing uses a much lower PSI to get the job done better and safer. Soft washing is all about dropping the pressure down, usually to under 1,000 PSI.
It’s called soft washing for this reason, because we are using a lower level of PSI with our soft washing equipment than we do with our power washing equipment, sometimes as low as 100 or maybe 500 PSI. We do this to prevent any risk of damage to the objects we soft wash.
Wait, but how can a low pressure soft washing still remove the mold, mildew and years of grime that have built up on my home?. Because another big difference between soft washing and pressure washing is that soft washing usually involves some kind of a variety of specialing designed cleaning products uniquely chosen for your needs to remove, kill, and remove all kinds of typically siding, roof and deck build ups, like mold and mildew.
