You know what needs doing but you do not have the time, the tools or the inclination. That is the work we take on: kitchens, bathrooms, floors, trim and the list stuck on the fridge.
Quality work at a fair price
We are a painting and home improvement contractor, not a custom home builder. That distinction matters, so here is the honest version: if the job is a kitchen, a bathroom, a floor, some trim or a repair that has been waiting a year, we are a good fit. If you are building a new house from the ground up, you want a general contractor.
Because we are licensed and insured for home improvement work, you get a proper contractor on small jobs rather than someone working off the books.

Kitchens and bathrooms
Kitchen remodeling
Cabinet work, cabinet painting and refinishing, countertops, backsplashes, flooring, trim and lighting swaps. If you want an updated kitchen without gutting the house, this is usually where the money goes furthest.
Bathroom remodeling
Vanities, tile, flooring, fixtures, moisture resistant paint and ventilation. Bathrooms are small rooms with a lot of trades in them, so a straight schedule matters more here than anywhere.
One contractor, several jobs
Most of our repair work happens alongside painting. If you are already having rooms painted, it is the right time to fix the trim, patch the drywall properly or put the new floor down first. One crew, one schedule, one point of contact.
Your house stays livable
We cover floors and furniture, keep the work area contained and clean up at the end of each day. When the job is finished we walk it with you and sort anything you are not happy with before we leave.

Repair questions
Is there a minimum job size?
No fixed minimum. Small jobs are welcome, and grouping a few of them into one visit is the most economical way to do it. Send us the whole list and we will price it.
Do you build additions or new homes?
No. We do small remodeling and repairs, not new home construction or large structural additions. If your project is bigger than that we will tell you upfront.
Do you handle plumbing and electrical?
For a kitchen or bathroom remodel there is usually some plumbing and electrical involved. Tell us the scope when you call and we will explain exactly what we cover and what needs a licensed trade.
Can you paint at the same time?
Yes, and it is normally the smart order of operations. Repairs first, then paint, so you are not touching up new paint after a repair.
How do you price the work?
We come out, look at the job and give you a price for the scope we agree on. Free and no obligation.
